Chairman of the Board

He was born on February 15, 1954 in Düzce Akçakoca. He completed his primary, secondary and high school education in Istanbul. He graduated from Marmara University İ.T.İ.A – Finance Department in 1976, and subsequently, in 1978, he completed his Master’s Degree in Social Politics at Istanbul University, Faculty of Economics.

He started his working life in 1976 in the Head Directorate of Foundations, respectively, he held the positions of THY Operations Directorate, Petrol Ofisi Samsun, Trabzon, Kocaeli Regional Directorates, General Directorate of Izgaz and finally Ministry of Energy Ministry Consultant. He is still the Chairman of the Board of Directors of 3.75 Mw Nitsan Ges A.Ş, which started to be built in Erzincan Üzümlü District in 2017 and started production as of January 2018.

Especially during the years he served in the Energy Sector, “World Energy Council Turkish National Committee Member, World Energy Council Marketing Committee Member, European Gas Union Strategy Committee Member and most recently Turkish Gas Union General President He served as “Assistant”. He also received “Management, Petroleum, Lubricants, Energy, Technical and Professional Specialization Trainings in Various Domestic and International Issues” during these periods. He is married and has two children and speaks English well.

Selahattin ERDOĞAN

He was born in 1957 in Komotini. Originally registered to the population of Akçakoca DUZCE, he completed his primary and secondary education in Istanbul Üsküdar. He entered the Military Naval High School in 1972 and completed his higher education at the Naval Academy and graduated in 1979 with the rank of Marine Lieutenant. For 29 years, he served as Branch Manager, Department and Group Head, Department Head, Ship Commander and Commodore in various headquarters and naval duties at the Naval Forces Command. He retired voluntarily in 2007.

From the year he retired to the present, he worked as a Manager and General Manager in many companies, and then he started his working life in companies; It provides MENTORING and CONSULTING services on Management Systems, Corporate Organization and Management, Internal Audit and Internal Control.
He is married, has a daughter and a son, and three grandchildren, and speaks English.
